Cardamom oranges

Looking for a way to use up the glut of oranges accumulating in the fruit bowl different to the obvious (but delicious) option of juicing them, I segmented 8 over a tub to collect the juice, and added 7 cardamom pods. I deseeded the pods and ground the seeds, but tossed the whole lot in, husks and all. Left overnight to mingle with one another, we just had them for dessert topped with low fat Greek yogurt, toasted coconut flakes and a wee drizzle of honey. Perfect for a warm sunny Sunday such as this.
